Revolution Lighting Appoints Charles Schafer as New President and Chief Financial Officer

Seasoned High Technology Growth Executive to Lead the Company

CHARLOTTE, N.C., Jan. 24, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Revolution Lighting Technologies, Inc. ( RVLT ), a leader in advanced LED lighting technology, today announced the appointment of Charles J. Schafer as President and Chief Financial Officer, effectiveJanuary 29, 2013. Charlie was selected to lead the company in its next phase of growth based on his long track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies in the high technology arenas, as well as his accomplishments in building and driving organizations to peak performance. 

Charlie will replace Mike Bauer, who served as President and CEO and will be departing the company for new opportunities onJanuary 29th.
